About Me...

Originally from Maryland, I relocated to Colorado over 23 years ago. The stark contrast between the big city of Washington, D.C. and the small town of Denver was apparent upon my arrival. Now, 23 years later, I have seen Denver evolve into a big city and develop a wide variety of cultural and civic activities. As an outdoor enthusiast, I have found that the mountains and lakes of Colorado provide an endless array of year round fun.

After eight years as a paralegal, I chose to make a career move into real estate. I found that the very same skills I had perfected during my years as a paralegal were needed to complete a smooth real estate transaction; contract knowledge and negotiation skills.

I joined the Keller Williams team in 1997, SheldonGood & Company Auctions in 2001 and most recently was Broker Manager for Mile High Income Properties. I wanted to be a part of one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Colorado.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Denver Board of Realtors. I have also joined the Realtors Land Institute and am currently working towards my Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation.

I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. As a Buyer's Agent, I listen to what my buyers are looking for in their next home or investment property and work diligently to find properties offering the features that best meet my client's needs. As a Seller's Agent, I work with my clients to help them determine the value of their property and then I devise a marketing plan to obtain top dollar for their home in a timely manner. Whether I work with buyers or sellers, I bring enthusiasm, professionalism and excellent negotiating skills to each real estate transaction.
