What We Do...
We service our client by providing their land
planning department with parcels for consideration. My client
has a full land-planning department, so they are looking for
anything from raw land to fully developed subdivisions.
They plan to build six hundred units this year,
and are always looking for land. Their subdivisions usually
have between thirty and one hundred homes, but they will look
at any size, larger or smaller as well.
If you know subdivision developers who may have
hit slower absorption than they had hoped, my client can step
in and buy all their unsold inventory. Again, they can take
over land from raw farm land to subdivisions, and everything
in between. |
